What exactly does Dynamic Solutions do?
We design and build custom business software: the application, the database behind it, and the integrations that connect it to the systems you already use. We also do the consultancy work up front to establish what is actually needed.
We already use Xero or MYOB. Can you work with that?
Yes. We are a certified MYOB Developer and a Xero Integration partner, so your custom system can read from and write to your accounting platform rather than sitting beside it as a separate island of data.
How do we know custom software is the right answer?
Often it is not, and we will say so. We start with a consultancy conversation about where the inefficiencies and reporting gaps are. If an off-the-shelf product genuinely fits, that is cheaper for you and we will point you at it.
Will the system be web-based or installed?
Whichever suits your people. Mobile or multi-site teams usually want a web-based system; some workflows are better served by a desktop application. We choose based on how the software will be used, not on fashion.
What happens after the system goes live?
Businesses change, and so does the software. We stay involved for ongoing support and enhancement, so the system keeps matching how you work rather than slowly drifting out of date.
